Keeping the balance column
Each line's balance is the line above minus any dispensed, administered or waste volume, plus or minus an adjustment. Keep one sheet per container so a count can be compared with a single balance. The calculator does the same arithmetic if you want to check a finished sheet.
Questions
Why one sheet per container?
A count is taken per container, so a balance per container is the figure it can be compared with directly.
Does this tell me whether my log is compliant?
No. We keep and total your records; we do not give legal or compliance advice. The calculator adds and subtracts the figures you type and shows where two of them differ.
